2-Pack Variety Gluten-Free Pasta

The ziti rigati held onto the sauce way better than any gluten-free pasta I've tried, and the taccole were a fun surprise for a weeknight soup. Having both shapes in one pack means I finally stopped staring at the pantry trying to decide.

I usually buy one shape and get bored halfway through the box, but having ziti corti rigati and taccole corte together keeps dinner interesting. The ridged ziti held onto the sauce way better than flat pasta ever does, and both cooked up al dente in about nine minutes.

The two shapes in this pack are a nice compromise when I can't pick between ridged tubes and short flat strips. The ziti's ridges really grab the sauce, and both cooked up firm without turning mushy, which is rare for gluten-free pasta.
